Pentecostal Episcopal Church International (PEC) is a covering ministry for Pastors and churches who have a desire to be connected to a national and international Christian reformation for the purpose of fellowship, spiritual and theological enrichment and if desired, the opportunity to be credentialed through a recognized religious corporation.

PEC is organized under the biblical structure for Church government; government by the episcopacy; (Bishops, Pastors, and in some denominations, Elders). We hold to the principle that the Shepherd and the Shepherd only has senior oversight of the Flock of God; and that all leadership positions are appointed or confirmed by the Senior Shepherd: Archbishop Judah (A. Livingston Foxworth).
